Born in September of 1972 to meek parents, Rhoby was the childhood best friend of both Joren and Eden. Was hired at Flash Industries out of high school, working as a tax accountant before quitting suddenly in 1993. Joren and Rhoby dated from the summer of 1989 to the spring of 1993, to much acrimony. After the breakup, Rhoby left Flash Industries for a job working on Olwen Orchards. As of 1996, Rhoby still harbors animosity for both KC and Joren. Rhoby still manages a good friendship with Eden, enjoying his time with her.
Rhoby was a fan of Joren and Eden's band, even sitting in on drums before the breakup.
In their downtime, Rhoby plays Street Fighter II semi-professionally even playing in regular tournaments up in Dover Chapel. Rhoby is often spotted practicing the Hanging Gardens Arcade, which is frequently avoided by Joren and KC. Rhoby mains Vega and Dhalsim.
