The head witches of the village and the writers of the Jazkowiacz Anthologies. They remain hidden away in their longhouse save for Lukrecja, who acts as the group's arm in and outside of the village.
Potential Elders are chosen in adolescence and are therefter raised by village magicians and advanced Elders.
